4th Essays: "i, ROBOT"
My recommending movie is “I ROBOT”. In this movie, robots had three rules and lived with human. A robot had a problem. The three rules was the key. A leading actor of this one was Will Smith. This movie was powerful and interesting.
The establishment was in Chicago in 2025. One of five people used a domestic helper robot. Car ran with automatic drive and parking areas were saving spaces because cars were put away with standing. Computer give- and- take didn’t use a keyboard and mouse. People communicated by an audio system and computer had an audio response system. This one expressed the near future and I was so excited this life and things. How will real 17 years later be? It may be something in this movies.
Robots for domestic use spread as human’s partner. One after another, new robot appeared and was about to greet new robot society. That time, Dr. Alfred Lanning was killed. A suspect was the latest NS- 5 model robot “sonny”. But robot will not injure a parson. Del Sooner in Chicago police and psychologist Dr. Susan Calvin pursued the mystery. …..It was “special” robot which wasn’t programmed the three laws.
Robot had “the three laws”.
1. Robot must not harm a parson
2. Robot must obey an order which was given by human
3. Robot must defend itself as far as robot wasn’t against the 1 and 2 laws

Robots were programmed this one and shared with human. Nothing must get into some troubles. But…
Will Smith was so cool and muscular. It was also excellent a figure who was ridding a
car in this movie. I like both his cool figure and smile. His smile was cute and I was cured.
He had many works. For example, “I AM REGEND” ”MIB” “The Legend of Bagger Vance” and so on. I don’t watch movies, videos and DVD well because a videocassette recorder was broken now. But I don’t plan to buy new one now. His works look so interesting and want to watch them some day. He is one of the famous actors in the world.

My other classes
I have ten subjects except required subjects. In the ten subjects, some subjects are like the contents. For example, I take inter-cultural communication and American history of literature.
In Inter-cultural communication, I learn kinds of communication, their characteristics and so on. I watched English conversation in office on DVD. I could watch characteristics of Japanese and foreigners.
In American history of literature, I also watch some literal works. I knew a few literary men but I didn't know well. So, I learn their works, history and tendency now.I like these subjects. But it's hard because I have first knowledge. So, I must understand these exactly.

Busy =3

My part-time job was so busy. We had two reservations. But we had no reservation guests, too. The shop was filled to capacity. So, we had to move in many places. There were little children and they were very cute. They were first child guests for me. I had a lot of dirty dishes because we had a lot of guests. I had to use a washing machine many times. I was very, very busy. I want to have a good night's sleep.

How I study English
The way of my studying English are to talk with foreigners, to take a lot of exams and to go to English conversation school. At first, there are a lot of non-Japanese in KGU. So, I have much chance. I must speak to them more.
Next, I can take TOFEL, TOEIC and Eiken test. I take these and I must take high scores. So, I must have my studying English time.
Then, I'm going to go to English conversation school. I'm not good at listening ability. I want to progress its ability. I’d like to speak English because I want to work using English.

Food and eating habits
I like chickens, especially grilled chickens in chicken dishes. I don't like fat, so I take away these. Also, I like vegetables and to put non oil dressing on a salad. My favorite dressing is beefsteak dressing.
Next, I'm left-handed but I use right hand when I eat. I started to use both hands because I wanted to become a person who can use both hands. Now, I can use chopsticks well by my right hand.At the end, we must eat balanced diets. Then, it's important for us to add calories in a day. We should take good care of ourselves and do moderate exercise in our lives.

My Full University Life
My university life is a full. Classes enjoy but we have much homework to do. Club activity is pleasure once a week. A student council is very busy. A part-time job gives me new things. I’m going to do all eagerly.
I have English classes and other classes. English classes are small classes and I can take part in these positively. But I must do much homework every day and I will have so much work if I don’t do these. In other classes have similar contents. These exams seem to be difficult, so I must listen to thee classes. I should understand all subjects.
I’m with lacrosse club and we are active every Wednesday. We get exercise in some other gymnasium and eat dinner at restaurant. Then we go somewhere. We have ever been to Mt. Kinpou, to many parks, to Aso and so on. It‘s hard for me to remember fresh persons’ names. Also, I want to memorize my name to fresh persons.
I have been assigned to the public relation officer in a student council. We will be held many events just around the corner. So, we are so busy for these preparing now. I must ask a lot of companies to want to cooperate, and I call many companies and stores and bring documents there. I must do my works when I have no class. But I’d like to make our events succeed.
My part-time job is a grilled slices of meat store in downtown. It’s small store which have about 26 seats. This work started recently, so I don’t know very well about work. Sometimes, I’m fail but employees make me teach about new lots of things. Then customers are kind. I wish customers would increase. Please come to eat to my store once.
As you can see, my university life is so full. I learn many cultures for myself. I spend my great times in my club. On the other hand, I must work for everyone. Then I do a part- time job because I want to know the society. My university life is hard work and pleasures.

Gold Fish
This is a gold fish of my pet. But it has no name. Do you have any idea?
I had had three gold fishes before but they have dead. For a while, I have no pet.

Essay-1: Listen about myself
Hi, my name is Chika. I'm 19 years old and go to university. I belong to Britain and American English department. My family is a father, a mother, an elder sister, me and a goldfish. My elder sister goes to same university with me. Also, the goldfish came my home recently. It has no name. Do you have any idea?
I live in Kmamoto in Japan. There are Kumamoto castle, Mt. Aso and so on here. I can watch Kumamoto castle near my house. It is lighted at night and so beautiful. Please watch it with your eyes. My house is near in the center of the city.I want to go to central park, historic buildings, schools, famous places and your favorite places when I went to your country. Would you please tell me about these.
My hobbies are to listen Western musics and to watch foreign films. What are songs and films which you recommend? I lack the ability of listening. So I want to progress my listening ability. I'd like to be able to watch foreign films without subtitles in the future. Would you tell me a knack of it?
I'm talking with my friends after finishing classes in cafeteria. I like to be friends with many people. There are many people in university. I can enjoy a day when I meet many friends.Many friends are my treasure.
