Essay 2-04; My Delightful Community Life

My community life is a club in university. My club is "Lacrosse". Our university clubs consist of P.E. committee, culture community, a cheering party and a cheerleading, the welfare of the people committee, circle alliance secretariat, Gakusho society and the evening school council. I belong to circle alliance secretariat. It composes of 19 clubs. To my surprise, Lacrosse is one of 5 biggest clubs. They are volunteer group "Asunaro", Aozora - katsudotai, Easy do sports loving club, Passing and Lacrosse. Lacrosse and other clubs are active every Wednesday.

Member of Lacrosse is 17 freshmen, 14 sophomore and 17 junior. But junior retired by Takuma festival. Then sophomore decided new post. I became vice – head. Changing the new club, we were active many times. Our club was changed completely.
Our active is mainly to play sports and go anywhere. For example, we played soccer, volleyball, basketball, tennis, baseball, table tennis, badminton, long skipping rope and so on. Then we went to Mt. Kimpo, Aso, Tamana, in a river, in a sea, a trip, see illuminations and eat dinner. Others, we did BBQ, fireworks, game taking pictures. We are going to do things that we have never done and go the places that we have never been.

Purposes which I do club active are for exchange several grades and department, living a full university life, learning many things. In fact, entering this club, we learned how to bring the club together, to understand member’s situations, the respect due to theirs superiors and other many things from elder person. I think this chance is a good thing. We must teach to younger person like this and we also learn more.

Our next plans are to have reelection in December and do winter camp in spring vacation. In reelection, we will introduce other clubs and must make many people know Lacrosse. Many club’s head will come our party. We will know new head at that time. In winter camp, we will go skiing in Hiroshima. I went there last year. I enjoyed this event very much. I want to enjoy skiing new members more. Others, I want to plan pleasant events more. I want them to wait these events and tell sophomore to things that they want to do. So, we will be able to enjoy more.

Our club’s situation and aim tell you. Our club changed our generation and we must think more about our club and freshmen. We should please membership and are delightful actives. I started to understand hard of the oldest grade. I think we will have much hard since now. We would like to create our Lacrosse with freshmen.

I think club can't make up only a club. We should get along with other clubs and help each other. It is important for us to have connection with other clubs. Then my goal is as if we are like brothers or sisters. We want to be able to talk about our worries, happiness or every thing. All members would like to be able to spend comfortable time in a club.

One of my community is club activity.
I active in my club every Wednesday.

MR 2-01: Mrs. Doubtfire is funny

This movie is “Mrs. Doubt fire”. I’ve never watched this movie but many friends have ever watched this one. Love for children, a figure working as a housekeeping and so on are appeared in this movie. I think this movie has many good points. First, I will write little this movie’s content. Then, I will write 2 good points for me in this movie.

First, an animated cartoon voice artist, Daniel, was given a sentence of a divorce at last because he rely entirely on his spouse's earnings and had to get out home. But he was a lover of children, so he thought that he would dress himself as a woman and enter their home as a housekeeper. He asked a make - up artist’s brother and changed himself into an elderly woman. He became “Mrs. Doubt fire”. His children took to her without knowing that she was their father.

Next, I will tell you about first good points. It’s his love for children. He really loves his children. He can’t stand that he can see his children only once a week. He is optimistic by nature, so he has many bold plans and doesn’t worry about what other people think. I’m sure that he could understand children’s feelings and actives because he is optimistic and does never forget his feelings that he was a child. In short, he likes children very much because he is just like a child. I think a person like him likes children but the person may not like adult. We can find the different between children and adult.

Then, I will tell you about second good points. It’s a figure he or she is working as a housekeeping. These scenes are felt like comedy drama. I couldn’t help laughing some scenes which he is cooking or do other keeping house. Though he is cooking seriously but it is for him awkwardly, I laughed. His life changes completely because of divorce. Then he chooses a way of a housekeeping and must do housework. It is many works which he doesn’t usually do. I love these scenes very much though the content is so important. It is wonderful that the main content has both profound fact and humor, I think. Bringing humor is a big point and a good point.

A family in this movie is different from my family. Each family has each life and hold the life. A various of form of their lives are so many men, so many minds. It may be a good think that you watch other people’s lives. They have worries and happiness of every kind. They live as they overcome the both. I want to live without regretting.

This movie has many themes and deep contains. I think this movie can find many things from many points of view. They are family, divorce, housekeeping, children, smile, love, sense of humor, disguise and so on. We can think as we like by ourselves. Then you can compare with your life.

Tennis & Post decision

On September 24.
I played tennis with club member in Hamasen Health Park. I have played soft tennis when I was a junior high school and a high school student, but I have never played tennis. Today was the first day that I played tennis. At first, I played with ball. Then we started the games. We paired off into couples. My pair was an experienced man of soft tennis. We won all games step by step. It was difficult to play tennis but my pair was followed up my failures. Thanks to him, we could win a position of leadership. We were very happy.

Then we went to eat dinner. We had a good dinner time with each other.

Next, we went back near university. We came to decide new post in our generation. All men didn't become a head because the post was very busy. At last, we decided the head by lots. We had not just hit upon a good point though we thought much idea. Our head decided such these. A decided man was suited the head position:) While I'm on the subject, I became a vice - head. The post was another person. So, another was a man who paired off into couple when we played tennis today.

Sea of Shiratsuru-ga-hama

August 18-19.
A student council camp was held in Shiratsuru-ga-hama bathing place.
We gathered at a convenience store near university at 10 am. Then we went to next meeting place. At last, we left for the bathing place. I went there for the first time. On the way, we dropped in EAON and ate lunch. A car on which I got was later than other’s car because we stopped on the way J It was raining outside. After lunch, we left again. We took the wrong way…We turned back halfway and went to the right way. When we arrived, everyone was bathing in the sea. We changed bathing suits or swimming trunks and went into the sea. I enjoyed playing in the sea. My 2 friends and I got out of the sea. Everyone got out after a short time, too. We started preparing BBQ. After BBQ, we played with skyrockets. We enjoyed and had a good time. The night was very long and cheerful. Next morning, we must check out at 9 am. We broke up at the place. 2 people and I got on a car. I drove on the way. We reached Joyful and ate lunch. But we left…We did janken and I was defeated. I drove again.

Takema Camp

August 3-4.
12 Lacrosse's sophomores and 1 friend went to Takema campground.
We went there last year. So, again!!!

We gathered at a convenience store near university at 9:30 am.
Then we got on assigned car and went to buy drinks and vegetables.
We arrived at Takema campground in the afternoon.
We changed bathing suits and went to river with a watermelon.
Water was very cold. There were many families and adorable children.

We went back our lodge and relaxed.
We started preparing BBQ in the evening.
We cut vegetables, cooked rice and made a fire with charcoal.
We had a pleasant evening.
Then, a friend and I went out and talked.
We couldn't watch many shooting stars though we had been able to watch these last year.
After a few hours, we went back our lodge and put up a room in order.
Next, we talked with everyone during all night.

Next morning, breakfast was rice and miso soup.
Then we prepared for going back.
I was glad to go with together.

Basketball

July 2. Today's activity was playing basketball. We played basketball from 5 pm to 7 pm in Hamasen Health Park. I couldn't play basketball but it played with everyone. Most men were good at playing basketball. Men played an active part at the greater part of games. Men seemed like cool guys...;) My team won a game, so we had a leader of a rival team buy juices. I was so happy because I didn't do anything. Only watch our game in the coat. But I ran a few. After basketball, we went to Joyful restaurant. I ate deep- fried chicken set meal. It was delicious. We enjoyed this time. Then several person went a karaoke. My friend and I went to MacDonald and talked about... The woman and I were often talking recently. Next we went to her house. I first went to her house. We talked about many things. Today was so fun.

Sport Day 2

May 30.

It was held "Sport Festival". This time was kick base. It had been rain the previous day but we could do it. The game was started an hour later. Men enjoyed better than women. I cheered everyone. This day was so hot, everyone sunburned well.

We played softball in our club. Most men have experienced it, they could throw a ball, hit a ball and catch a ball very well. I played catch,too. My Full University Life

My university life is a full. Classes enjoy but we have much homework to do. Club activity is pleasure once a week. A student council is very busy. A part-time job gives me new things. I’m going to do all eagerly.

I have English classes and other classes. English classes are small classes and I can take part in these positively. But I must do much homework every day and I will have so much work if I don’t do these. In other classes have similar contents. These exams seem to be difficult, so I must listen to thee classes. I should understand all subjects.

I’m with lacrosse club and we are active every Wednesday. We get exercise in some other gymnasium and eat dinner at restaurant. Then we go somewhere. We have ever been to Mt. Kinpou, to many parks, to Aso and so on. It‘s hard for me to remember fresh persons’ names. Also, I want to memorize my name to fresh persons.

I have been assigned to the public relation officer in a student council. We will be held many events just around the corner. So, we are so busy for these preparing now. I must ask a lot of companies to want to cooperate, and I call many companies and stores and bring documents there. I must do my works when I have no class. But I’d like to make our events succeed.

My part-time job is a grilled slices of meat store in downtown. It’s small store which have about 26 seats. This work started recently, so I don’t know very well about work. Sometimes, I’m fail but employees make me teach about new lots of things. Then customers are kind. I wish customers would increase. Please come to eat to my store once.

As you can see, my university life is so full. I learn many cultures for myself. I spend my great times in my club. On the other hand, I must work for everyone. Then I do a part- time job because I want to know the society. My university life is hard work and pleasures.

This is my new shoes! I wanted new shoes because my shoes were so old and dirty. Then I wanted shoes easy to exercise. I was going to buy during GW. Soccer

May 7.
Today's activities were TV coverage, to play soccer and eating dinner.
At first, Lacrosse club was covered at 5 pm but I couldn't go because I had what I should.
Then we went under Kokai bridge. Men played soccer and women watched them.
We played there until the sun grew dark.
Next, we divided and ate dinner, to go in Joyful or to order boxes. I ordered a lunch box.
We ate them with about 10 people in dry riverbed.

Baseball Game

Today, Baseball games was held in a ground near Shinkou. It was a game between KGU club team and OB. I did a manager.
At first, OB team scored 1 run. Then our team scored 2 runs.
A pitcher of opponent team throw curves and our team couldn't get a hit.
OB scored 1 run and our team was reversed.
But our team blasted a home run and after that we added 2 runs.
We won the game 5-3. Today is very hot.
I got sunburned and my face got red.
I also want to cheer baseball games next time.
